Editorial Standards

Editorial Standards

TradeRiskMath Knowledge Base aims to publish clear, useful, and responsible financial education.

Accuracy and review

Articles are reviewed for mathematical consistency, terminology, assumptions, internal links, and readability. Numerical examples are checked against the formula and units stated in the article.

Sources

Claims about markets, regulations, broker practices, historical relationships, or financial products should be supported by authoritative sources where practical. Examples should identify assumptions and should not be presented as guarantees.

Corrections

If you find a calculation, definition, link, or formatting problem, use the Contact page and identify the article and section. Verified corrections may update the article text, figures, sources, or labels while preserving the article URL where possible.

Conflicts and commercial relationships

Educational content should not be treated as an endorsement of a broker, product, strategy, or service. Any future sponsored, affiliate, or commercial relationship should be disclosed clearly near the relevant content.

Authorship and review

Articles are published under the TradeRiskMath Editorial Team name. The site was founded by an individual investor with about ten years of experience investing in stocks, two years of trading options, and five years of professional experience in the finance industry, who does not hold securities licenses or professional designations.

From October 2026, every new or updated article is reviewed by the founder before publication. Numbers in worked examples are recalculated, and factual claims are linked to primary sources such as the SEC, CFTC, CME Group, and the Federal Reserve. Earlier articles are being reviewed and updated on a rolling basis. The team label does not imply individualized professional advice.
